Addition and Remodel Concept
The existing cafeteria is comprised of two dining spaces separated by the kitchen. The combined dining rooms are inadequate to house the student population and the arrangement of functions creates significant difficulty in overall management of the food service program. The proposed concept reconfigures the various functions to provide a unified dining space supportive of the efficient and effective delivery of meals in a far more comfortable and manageable setting. The project also provides for a more efficient and pleasant entry adjacent to student parking. The overall project calls for 12,000 SF of remodeled space and an addition of 7,000 SF.
