This new memory care facility in Fox Point is a 102,700-square-foot, two-story Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) with underground parking. The facility specializes in memory care for those with early to late-stage dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
The picturesque site includes a safe and secured private patio with a garden area for horticultural therapy.
The facility is split into one common space for all the residents to use and four households. There are two households on each floor, which includes 20 individual resident units. Each household include their own public spaces within their wing such as a great room, den, dining area, and spa. The shared commons include a lounge off the exterior garden, a group event space, multi-purpose rooms and staff offices.

The Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi new convent consists of a 130,000-square-foot convent and office building, a 48 unit assisted living wing and a 32 unit memory care wing.
This new assisted living and memory care community in Brookfield features four smaller homes on its grounds specializing in memory care for those with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
