Groth Design Group Welcomes a New Director of Marketing

GROTH Design Group is pleased to announce that Dawn Lesniewski [Rolison] has joined the GROTH team as Director of Marketing and Communications.

Responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive growth, Dawn will lead the stewardship of the GROTH Design Group brand through marketing, communications and public relations.

“These are exciting times for the firm in many ways. Projects within our growing market sectors have grown considerably in size and our design and project management bench has deepened significantly. Dawn’s leadership is a terrific addition to our marketing team,” said Mike Groth, Managing Partner.

Dawn’s most recent experience was as a Business Developer for a national architecture firm, prior to which she spent 17 years as Marketing Director for a large format printing company. She has a BA from Purdue University in Communication with a Marketing focus.
