Kara Albrecht
PROJECT DESIGNER
Kara serves as a Project Designer for GROTH Design Group, bringing nearly nine years of professional experience to the firm’s clients. Kara touches each of the firm’s market sectors with a specific focus on the education market sector. Kara adds great passion and attention to detail to client work and finds great fulfillment in the ability to make a difference for people in their daily lives. She sources inspiration from witnessing designed spaces successfully serving communities in her personal life – such as dropping her children off at school.
Kara was named a 2022 Women in Construction honoree by The Daily Reporter for her many achievements in the industry leadership and contributions to her clients.
Kara joined GROTH Design Group in 2022. She received her Master of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
