Mike’s passion for architecture and drive to serve communities culminated to become the very foundation on which he founded GROTH Design Group. The firm’s initial portfolio was built on work in both the religious and non-profit markets. Now, over 30 years later, the firm is honored to also serve: corporate, healthcare, senior living, education, hospitality and community markets.

Mike founded the firm with an unwavering vision to build strong communities and the belief that the impact of architecture extends far beyond the bricks and mortar of a building. His design practices uphold a social responsibility to be a steward of the environment while also delivering beautiful spaces that provide inclusive settings that connect, nurture, and inspire.
