Paul Barribeau, AIA, NCARB, ACLS, LEED AP
Religious Studio Director
As the Director of the Religious Studio, Paul brings 30 years of experience in architectural design and has worked almost exclusively with religious clients of all denominations. Paul has a background in theology and pastoral practices that brings a unique insight and a comprehensive understanding to the design of liturgical spaces, pastoral offices and religious educational areas. Collectively his experiences provide a thorough understanding of how a building can facilitate, or hinder, the mission of a church.
Paul works collaboratively with clients to reach a full discovery of vision, mission and needs and works towards ensuring a mutual understanding of these vital, but often intangible elements. Paul’s knowledge and appreciation for liturgical design ensues an innate ability to align liturgical architecture practices with the spiritual needs and mission of a parish.
