Pete Schneider, AIA, LEED AP

Pete Schneider, a Partner and Senior Architect at GROTH Design Group, is passionate about contributing to environments that make an impact on mission focused organizations. Pete has distinct leadership qualities in which he utilizes his strong sense of technical aptitude in conjunction with his natural sense of empathy to build strong relationships and comprehensive understanding of organizational cultures and needs. He executes projects to create lasting environments that enhance and improve the lives of the people they serve. In his 20+ years of experience, he has developed a specialized focus in the corporate, religious and education markets.

Pete exercises his commitment to continuous learning and passion for a better understanding of how built physical environments can support human activity by investing in volunteer activities. He brings a blend of personal passion to his daily work as an architect with an insatiable curiosity and eagerness to be a catalyst for the next generation of architects. Pete devotes many hours to mentorship of our youth. He is actively involved with University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee AIAS, NOMAS & Mentarch programs and NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Association serving as Co-chair of the PR & Marketing committee.
