Cafe Floriana is located within the Cast Iron development in West Bend. The warm and inviting space supports this small business that goes beyond the coffee and is part of the community by offering a gathering place for the residents and visitors to the neighborhood.
The modern and clean interior matches the Owner’s focus on hospitality and making their customers feel welcome. With polished concrete floors, soelberg wall panels for texture, artistic lighting, decorative windows and wooden beams on the ceiling to control the acoustics, the interior finishes were inspired by time the Owner spent in Malta.
The Cast Iron was once home to the West Bend Aluminum Company when, in 2016, a major remodel turned the old factory into a mixed-use property consisting of residential apartment units and first-floor commercial space.
