Nativity of Our Lord Parish had two worship and school locations. The Parish is moving toward one location on the downtown worship site.
The first step toward the single campus was a small school renovation project in 2015. The second step was the renewal of the place of worship.
The worship seating has been reduced and rearranged and a balcony has been removed. These allow the creation of a new gathering space inside the existing structure. Previously, no gathering area was available for worship attendees. Additionally, a new Adoration Chapel has been created within a meeting space alongside the existing sanctuary. Sacristy and music storage were also renovated to provide better support for the worship. The reorder of the nave also allows better arrangement of the music ministry, and accessibility to the sanctuary and flexible seating space for ADA compliant seating.

This new 14,000-square-foot Family Life Center is comprised of a 500 seat contemporary worship space/multi-purpose space, and a 5,400-square-foot administrative wing.
The project at St. Matthias Episcopal Church included the renovation and remodel of 3,000 square feet (most of the existing church).
