The Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi project consists of a 133,000 SF Convent. The complex includes an office building (Town Square), a 48 unit assisted living wing and a 32 unit memory care wing located on either side of the Town Square.
The Town Square provides a library, Heritage Room, Bistro, Convenience/Gift Shop, Chapel and personal care spaces including exam rooms, dental room, PT/OT and a salon.
A full campus master plan was done to determine the usefulness of existing buildings and best location to provide the new convent. Removal of the existing Marian Center was necessary to make room for the new convent. Upon completion of the convent, the original Motherhouse and Powerhouse were removed to make room for additional green space on the campus.
